Feng Shui

My friend, Claudia, and I walked into a small bookstore next to a museum in Daytona Beach.  We were welcomed by an old man - and his ridiculously long beard - and his cats that climbed the stacks of books. Once wandering into the religion section, a book with just huge font that said, "Feng Shui" caught my eye! Once scanning the pages Claudia met up with me - and man, did we get into this.  If you don't have the slightest idea what feng shui is - its based on the belief that everything - people, plants, your cup of tea, everything - has an energy which is called a chi (qì is the proper spelling, but its pronounced like chee).  When we harmonize the Chi of ourselves and surroundings - it can have great effects on your health, and aspects of life external to you because your chi plays an effect on them.
I'm super open to all forms holistic healing, and energies - so you can sure bet I came home and wanted to give the exercises this book had a shot!
Without losing you on these exercises - I basically found out that some knee trouble I had been having coincidently lined up with 2 areas in my living space that were cluttered - thus lacked a flow of harmonized chi. 2 places! Besides that, there were correlations to things involving career, love, money friends and so much more that blew my mind in this Feng Shui Book
