P90X3 has a workout called The Warrior. I was intrigued! You'd feel a little extra motivated playing catch up too if you missed a couple days of workouts. With knowing that it'd be tough, I gave it a go. Here's a peak and some of the moves. All I can say is that 30 minutes later and a slight scare of possibly being sick, my limbs were jello but my mind and heart were racing with accomplishment.
